Second cleaning 50% off
The second cleaning must be completed within 30 days at the same home and service level. New residential clients only; one offer per household.
24-hour cancellation policy
There is no charge when you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations may be charged a $50 fee.

Why we started Sears & Santos Home Cleaning LLC

Built on honesty, fairness, respect, and genuine care.
Sears & Santos Home Cleaning LLC is a legally registered, family-owned local business with a federal tax identification number. We created this company because cleaning is much more than a business to our family—it is personal.
Adriana spent several years working for different residential cleaning companies. She loved caring for homes and helping families, but she repeatedly saw hardworking cleaners treated unfairly. Employees were often expected to work extremely long days without proper breaks or enough time to eat. She also witnessed tips that customers intended for the cleaners being withheld instead of reaching the employees who had earned them.
Those experiences inspired us to build something better. We believe customers receive better service when the people caring for their homes are also treated with dignity. As our company grows, our employees will receive proper breaks, time to eat, fair treatment, and every dollar of the tips customers leave for them.
Whether we are providing recurring house cleaning, a deep cleaning, move-in or move-out service, or preparing a short-term rental for its next guest, we treat every property as if it were our own.
